CONFESS THE WORD WEEK: DAY FOUR – Over Our Church

The Lord is multiplying our church.  He is multiplying the people, He is multiplying our income, He is multiplying our spiritual gifts and teaching us to walk in them.  We are able to witness, see our community come to the Lord and discipled for His plans and purposes.  Our every need is met and we are great stewards of all that the Lord has blessed us with.  The Lord is bringing us all those who will catch the vision imparted by the Lord and held by our pastors, and they assist in seeing it come to pass.  He is sending those who will help with the upkeep and maintenance, those who will help us with our children and youth, those who want to selflessly do the work of the ministry, beginning with me.  The Lord is helping us prepare the soil of our neighborhoods for the influx of His presence. When the rain comes, and it will come quickly, our community is set free, delivered, and changed because of Christ in us, the hope of glory.  There will be a noticeable difference in our community, such that the governmental authorities will come to us wanting to know what is going on.  They will encourage our involvement in the community, including local schools, because they cannot refute what the Lord has done and the results that He has given us in our outreach.  Thornton, Northglenn, and the Adams County area will be known as a place of His blessing, and because we reside here the county will be blessed.  The fear of the Lord will come upon our community, and they will willingly give to the work of the Lord.  We will be known as a selfless church, but also one that is unashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  There is no fear in us.  We will train and send many people out who will reach the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  We are the head and not the tail, we are above and not beneath.  We are blessed wherever our feet trod, going in and going out.   Our incomes will be blessed for the furtherance of the Gospel and we will prosper in all that we set our hands to do.  The Lord will establish us in this county, and we will become a blueprint for communities across Colorado and the country. No weapon formed against us will prosper, and the Lord will open for us His good treasure.  We are people who obey the voice of the Lord immediately.  We overcome the tactics of the enemy by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony.  We are a church that follows the Lord, stopping where He stops, going where He does.  We are filled with the Spirit of the Living God, and worship the Great I AM.  We operate in victory, not defeat.  Nothing is too hard for our God!  We don’t cater to the whims of people, but worship in spirit and in truth.  Everyone the people of our congregation come in contact with are brought to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, because Christ in us is irresistible.  Everyone who joins with Destiny are disciples, knowing and applying Scripture, growing daily in their walk with the Lord.  We are part of the Body of Christ, and the gates of hell cannot and will not prevail against us.

1/19/2017 Daily Word

Pray that your eyes may be opened and receive revelation. To have revelation is to be enlightened with a manifestation of Me in your circumstances.   Revelation brings motivation as it quickens your spirit, activating your faith.  Revelation defines action which bears results. I never did or said anything except it was first revealed to Me by My Father.  Just as the Father shows Me what He is doing, so it is My desire to reveal it to you.  If you will but ask, I will grant it to you. Luke 10:22-24, “My Father has handed over everything to Me.  Indeed, no one fully knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son and those to whom the Son wishes to reveal Him.  Then turning to the disciples He said, privately, ‘How blessed are the eyes that see what you are seeing!  Indeed, I tell you that many prophets and kings wanted to see the things you are seeing but did not see them, and to hear the things that you are hearing but did not hear them.’”

Confess the Word Week: Day Three – Over Our Homes

My home is a place where God’s shalom rests.  My home is at peace.  It is a tranquil and safe place.  The Lord has placed a hedge of protection around my property; the angel of the Lord encamps round about my home.  Our home is a refuge and a place of divine rest and recuperation.  Everyone in my home walks in health, contentment, and wholeness.  The Lord grants our home comfort and success.  We are all people of integrity.  Everyone in our home loves the Lord and chooses to serve Him.  The Lord is the head of our home and we honor Him in all that we do.  The fruit of the Spirit is evident in the lives of all who dwell here.  Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility and self-control characterize our family.  My neighbors are drawn to the Spirit of the Lord at rest upon my home.  My mortgage is paid, my every need is met, and all that I have is available for the Lord’s use.  I am a good steward of the Lord’s many blessings.

1/18/2017 Daily Word

You are the righteousness of God in Me.  In Me, all things have been made new.  You are seated with Me in heavenly places.  Don’t believe the lie of the enemy that would say your requests are going unheard and unheeded.  Don’t allow him to use your humanity against you.  You are spirit, and you must take authority over him in the spirit, according to My Spirit.  Your life is hidden in Mine, and there is nothing that you experience or ask of which I am unaware. Seek My Kingdom, knowing that it is My pleasure to give you not only the Kingdom, but all else as well.   Rise up!  Rise up!  Claim that which is yours by virtue of your position as My child, My bride.  I am waiting for you to ask, and to ask prepared to receive the answer.   James 5:16b-17, “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.  Elijah was only a human being like us; yet he prayed fervently that It might not rain, and no rain fell on the Land for three years and six months.  Then he prayed again, and heaven gave rain, and the Land produced its crops.”

Confess the Word Week: Day Two – Over your Marriage

Both:  Our marriage is ordained by God and blessed by Him.  No weapon formed against it can prosper.

For wife over husband:  My husband is a man of God and led by His Spirit.  My husband loves me as Christ loves the church.  He would willingly lay down his life for me, and next to God, I am his number one priority.  He woos me, romances me, fills me with joy.  No one is more important to him than me, and he shows it daily in his care and concern for me.  He works daily to meet the needs of our family, and because he is a righteous man, every work of his hand prospers.  He finds favor with his employers and those surrounding him.  I show him honor and respect both at home and in public.  I love him more every day and he is attracted to me, spiritually, emotionally, and physically.  My man’s a hunk!  He is faithful to me and I am faithful to him.  Making him happy is a delight.  Even when I disagree with him, I love him.  I pray daily for his success, and trust the Holy Spirit to help me affirm his masculinity. He is a wonderful father.  He walks in wisdom and is led by the Spirit of God.  He joyfully and willingly takes up the call of God to be the spiritual leader of our home.  I can trust him as my spiritual head. He’s my champion and defender.  He watches over me and keeps me from harm, spiritually, emotionally, and physically.  He never says a negative word about me or our marriage, but rather reaffirms his love for me on a continual basis, even when we disagree.  He is not afraid to admit when he is wrong, and humble enough to realize when he needs to change, and brave enough to follow through with it.  He never says, “I told you so,” but encourages me to grow in the Lord, when it is I who have been wrong.  He is my soulmate and a gift from God to me that I treasure.

For husband over wife:   My wife is a woman of God and led by His Spirit.  My wife is my joy.  She shows me respect in all things, even when she disagrees with me.  She loves me and makes a home for me.  She is a delight and I call her blessed.  She is beautiful and sees herself that way. My wife allows me to lead and be the head of the family, yet she is my helpmate.  She stands by my side through thick and thin, the good times and bad.  She works diligently to make our house a home, and provides a safe place to land when things go wrong.  I trust her with my heart.  She is attracted to me spiritually, emotionally, and physically. She is my best friend and never says a negative word about me or our marriage, but constantly reaffirms her love for me, even when we disagree.  She willingly submits to my spiritual authority, and when she questions my decisions, she takes her case to God in prayer.  She trusts my ability to hear from God and make the necessary adjustments in my life.  She encourages me in everything I set my hand to do, and provides wise counsel.  She is a brave and courageous woman, with a quiet and gentle spirit.  She seeks the face of God on behalf of our family and is a loving mother.  She is a Proverbs 31 woman, who is led by the Spirit of God.  She uses her talents to benefit our family, and the Lord blesses every work of her hands.  She is my soulmate and a gift from God to me that I treasure.

1/17/2017 Daily Word

I am rising over the darkness of your night as the Sun of Righteousness.  What have you to fear?  Darkness always precedes the dawn, and your dawn is coming.  Though you have been in a place where the darkness seemed thick, as though it were suffocating you, I am arising within you to bring light and release.  I am revealing those things that prevent and hinder you, that cause you to trip and tumble, and releasing plans and purposes for you that you have not been able to see and have yet to be realized in your life.  This dawning is a new beginning, a new season.  You will look behind you knowing that darkness was present, but will be unable to see it, so bright will be the light of this new existence.  Just press forward, not judging by what you feel or see, but judging in righteousness as I arise in your life.  Mal. 4:2, “But to you who fear My Name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in its wings; and you will break out leaping, like calves released from the stall.”

CONFESS THE WORD WEEK: Day One – Over our Children

My children are the heritage of the Lord.  They are all taught of the Lord, and I am an example to them in word and deed.  They will never depart from the Word of Truth, but only grow in greater wisdom.  They are selfless, able to always give a reason for the hope that lies within them, focused on the eternal, and are stepping into the authority and power granted them as part of the Body of Christ.  They show respect for their elders and listen to the voice of wisdom.  They are not seduced by the things of this world, but remain steadfast, holding dear the things they are taught by their spiritual fathers and mothers.  They are exemplary students, to whom has been given knowledge and skill in every aspect of learning.  They know the truth and are unafraid to stand for righteousness in the midst of daily pressure from their peers and school.  Their faith brings about the miraculous.  They hear and discern the voice of the Spirit and are growing up in all things.  They are not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ because they know it is the power of God unto salvation.  They are not swayed by every wind of doctrine, but are able to discern the spirits and respond accordingly with love and respect.  Their families and teachers rise up and call them blessed. They stand confident in who the Lord has made them to be, and are not bothered by any attempt of the enemy to bully them, or convince them otherwise.  They see the needs of those around them, and step out in boldness to serve.  They are mighty men and women of God who are taking the world by storm at the command of the Lord.  They never complain about their work because they understand it’s what the Lord has designed them to do.  They are not lascivious, but pure and holy before the Lord.  The Lord has granted them the ability to turn and run from temptation.  They Lord has already prepared their future spouses, and He is protecting them.  They will all be virgins on the day they commit themselves to another.  They know that the Lord has granted them ALL things that pertain to life and godliness.  They have the mind of Christ and the wisdom of God.  They can discern the spirits, and listen only to the Spirit of God.  They walk and live in the prophetic. They know that the Lord has a purpose for them in His kingdom, and that they are being raised up for such a time as this.  They are a blessing and joy to our congregation, and we love them.  We are honored the Lord has placed them in our care and do not take the responsibility lightly.

1/16/2017 Daily Word

Reach and risk!  Reach beyond yourself to those around you.  They need Me, and you have Me to share.  As you pour out of yourself, more will be given, and you will find yourself growing.  It is in giving that you receive, and in communicating love, that you understand Love. To walk in the Spirit is to constantly be revealing Me.  Revelation is given so that you can communicate it to others.  You must risk being rejected, reaching out with revelation to show Me to the world.  Remember, if I am for you, who can be against you.  The Kingdom of God has been built by people willing to risk everything to reach even a few, and in doing so found that they lived with My everything.  What will you risk for Me?  John 20:20b-22, “The disciples were overjoyed to see the Lord.  ‘Peace be upon you,’ Jesus repeated.  ‘Just as the Father sent Me, I Myself am also sending you.’ Having said this, He breathed on them and said to them, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit!’”

1/13/2017 Daily Word

Meditation on My Word will bring about an adherence to My precepts.  Following them, will result in life more abundant.  Listen to the voice of My Spirit teaching you, guiding you in all of them, and learn to delight in the laws that govern the way that I am taking you – they are for your benefit. You cannot do it your own way. My Word will illuminate what is dark in your life, and by it you will gain the understanding and instruction necessary to live the life I have destined for you. Let My Word be the melody of your life’s song, making sense of what is dissonant, and providing focus in life’s varying rhythms. Jer. 15:16, “When I discovered Your words, I devoured them.  They are my joy and my heart’s delight, for I bear Your Name, O LORD God of Heaven’s Armies.”

1/12/2017 Daily Word

I AM boundless!  You, in your humanity, are bound by time, space, and the laws that I created to govern your universe, but I am not.  So when I say that My love for you is endless, “end” is not even an option for Me, but rather a point of reference for you.  It is important for you to understand this, My child, so that you will cease to attempt to put Me into a box based on your own definitions.  I AM not only the Word, I AM its definition.  Wisdom, I AM.  Love, I AM.  Peace, I AM.  Health, I AM.  Let Me manifest Myself to you as I AM, and in doing so, set you free from the lie of the enemy that you are less in any area.  Remember that you are hidden within I AM!  Eph. 2:6-7, “God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ, in order that in the coming ages He might show the incomparable riches of His grace, expressed in His kindness to us in Christ Jesus.”
