Rule well what I have placed under you, whether at home, at work, or in ministry, for you are My servant in that place.  I have entrusted the hearts of people to you, and you must not discourage them from My purpose, but rather encourage them in all that I have called them to do.  For as much as I have covenanted with you, so I have also covenanted with them, and you are answerable to Me for any hurt that you may cause My precious ones.  Be clothed with humility; refuse to walk in the flesh, but give counsel only according to My Spirit. Many are the opinions of man, but only one Truth stands.  Teach, speak, and live Truth, and you will do well. Even as you mature, they, too, will grow up in all things, for you have set My standard before them as an example and have lived it out with excellence.  2 Sam. 23:2-5, “The Spirit of ADONAI spoke through me, His word was on my tongue.  The God of Isra’el spoke; the Rock of Isra’el said to me, ‘A ruler over people must be upright, ruling in the fear of God; like the morning light at sunrise on a cloudless day that makes the grass of the earth sparkle after a rain.’ For my house stands firm with God – He made an everlasting covenant with me.  It is in order, fully assured, that He will bring to full growth all my salvation and every desire.”

Don’t react so quickly to the stimuli around you.  Sudden movement can throw you off balance spiritually, especially if you respond emotionally rather than according to My Spirit.  The best thing you can do is take a step back from your situation and seek to see it from My perspective.  You must learn patience and discernment. Just because it came upon you unexpectedly does not mean that it took Me by surprise.  My response is perfect, but you must take the time to seek it.  Respond only when you are assured of My will, and you will find I have a place of stability and rest for you in the midst of the unexpected.  Ps. 37:3-5, “Trust in the LORD, and do good; settle in the land, and feed on faithfulness.  Then you will delight yourself in the LORD, and He will give you your heart’s desire.  Commit your way to the LORD; trust in Him, and He will act.”

Recognize that all are at fault before Me – everyone has sinned against Me, their Creator.  The difference is that some have received My love and sacrifice, My mercy and grace, while others have not. Your receptiveness is what holds you apart from the world.  My love and mercy were exemplified in My sacrifice on the cross and is renewed every day in your life. My grace is made manifest daily as you exercise dominion over sin.  Even as I walk in love with mercy and grace towards you, so you must grant it those around you.  Just as I was moved with compassion for you, you, too, must learn to walk in compassion towards those both inside and outside of My covenant.  Sacrificial love, mercy, and grace characterize My Kingdom.  You’re right – judgment, too, will come, but for now, learn what it means to be perfected in My love, so that in your sacrifice they will see Me, and you will have given testimony to the mercy and grace I have bestowed upon you.  Eph. 2:4-7, “But God is so rich in mercy and loves us with such intense love that, even when we were dead because of our acts of disobedience, He brought us to life along with Christ-it is by grace that you have been delivered.  That is, God raised us up with Christ Jesus and seated us with him in heaven, in order to exhibit in the ages to come how infinitely rich is His grace, how great is His kindness toward us who are united with Christ Jesus.”
