I have not redeemed you to keep you in bondage to preconceived notions of your calling.  Rather, I have summoned you to step beyond the parameters of men and step into My possibilities – those of the Great I AM. They are just that, though.  You must step past the realm of possibility into the realm of reality.  This is only accomplished as you walk in faith, knowing that I have gone before you and have prepared your steps.  As you walk in My footsteps, it will become easier to discern them from the varying prints that diverge along the path. You – follow Me, and you will step into a greater reality, one of promise and purpose, than you ever thought possible.  Ps. 37:23-24, “The LORD makes firm the steps of the one who delights in Him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with his hand.”

Remember, the same Spirit that raised Me from the dead resides in you. You have as your Counselor the very Spirit of wisdom and understanding, counsel and might, knowledge and the fear of the LORD that was with Me.  Allow Him to guide you!  As you walk according to the Spirit you will receive an ability to see beyond the superficial and develop ears that are attentive to My voice instead of the clamoring voices of the world, allowing you to properly discern and judge.  Walk cognizant of His presence in and with you, leading and guiding you into all truth.  I left that He might be with you – that should speak volumes. John 16:13-14, “But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all truth.  He will not speak on His own; He will speak only what He hears, and He will tell you what is yet to come. He will glorify Me because it is from Me that He will receive what He will make known to you.”

There is a blessedness in waiting.  Waiting stretches your heart to receive the long-awaited promise and enlarges your capacity to believe for its miraculous fulfillment.  Waiting is the unexpected gift I give to those who will trust Me.  It allows for seeds to mature and bring forth fruit, while patience completes its work in you. Don’t view waiting as a tedium that only produces doubt, but look at it as the prolonged joy of unwrapping a present perfected for and in you.  You will receive what I’ve promised.  In the meantime, take joy in the process and journey that is waiting.   Ps. 27:13-14, “I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD.”

11/28/2017 Daily Word

Pray purposefully and praise triumphantly.  Together they release the chains that bind you and those around you.  Cast your care upon Me and praise, choosing even in the darkest of circumstances to extol and elevate Me above all in your life.  Your prayers arise as a sweet-smelling incense, and praise is the atmosphere of heaven that releases the miraculous, for I cannot resist moving in response to joyful praise.  Be a person of prayerful praise, glorifying Me, and the walls in your life that hinder your progress can do nothing but crumble as they come into alignment with My purpose in the earth. Acts 16:25-26, “About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them.  Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken.  At once all the prison doors flew open, and everyone’s chains came loose.”

11/27/2017 Daily Word

I am renewing My people.  Yes, I have declared renewal.  For those that are downtrodden, I am renewing them in spirit and body.  For those that feel their ministry and calling has failed in its purpose, I am validating you once again.  For those that are just now awakening in the church, I am renewing your relevance.  It is a renewal of strength and purpose; a revitalization of that which has been close to death.  Even now I am infusing you with the fullness of My Spirit to bring you back to a fullness of life that is productive and abundant in Me.  For those who will wait upon Me will be renewed by Me, and in revived strength they shall go forth and overcome.  Is. 40:28-31, “Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and His understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

11/24/2017 Daily Word

Substantial faith is the harvest of small seeds sown in the fertile soil of your spirit.  Likewise, fear is the product of a field allowed to lay fallow for too long.  Be deliberate in what you plant, sowing what you would reap. In what area of your life would you see faith activated? What fruit would you bear?  A life lived in the Spirit is a fruitful garden of intentional, cooperative activity between Me and you, whereas to live according to the flesh is to unwittingly allow the weeds and tares of life to thrive by inattention and neglect. Cultivate your spirit according to Mine, and a you will reap that which is good.  Gal. 6:7-9, “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked.  A man reaps what he sows.  Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.  Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

11/23/2017 Daily Word

Let an attitude of generosity and gratitude permeate your daily lives.  Generosity breeds gratitude and both bring Me glory. Freely give of your substance, and I will give to you of Mine.  Be thankful in all things, for this is My will, that you understand the power of a thankful heart. 2 Cor. 9:9-11, “As it is written: ‘They have freely scattered their gifts to the poor; their righteousness endures forever.’ Now He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food, will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.  You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.”

11/22/2017 Daily Word

As you devote yourself to My purposes, inclining your ear to hear, lifting your eyes to see, setting your heart upon Me, serving Me with integrity, the works of your hands will be blessed.  I will give to you good sense to fulfill everything I ask of you, and you will not fail.  Do not be alarmed by the apparent set-backs, for in due season you will complete what I have commissioned you to do for My Kingdom and for My glory.  Seek to understand the full jurisdiction I have granted to you, being careful not to overstep or create more work for yourself because of your own vision.  Instead, understand My vision and the good works I have prepared for you, which are plenty to keep you occupied.  For I have called you to bear fruit, and it will grow and mature where I have determined for you to be planted.  I Chron. 28:19-20 a, “All this,” David said, “I have in writing as a result of the Lord’s hand on me, and He enabled me to understand all the details of the plan.” David also said to Solomon his son, “Be strong and courageous, and do the work.  Do not be afraid or discouraged for the Lord God, my God, is with you.”

11/21/2017 Daily Word

Reaching out in compassion on your time is one thing, but being tugged in the time and at the need of others is quite another.  How you react to those that would grasp at you in desperation can determine how and if they will reach for Me.  There are those who will want to touch the scars of your life, no matter how painful, to prove I am able and I am alive.  Others will touch you to get a need met and never express gratitude.  Still others will touch you in desperation, grasping hold because you are their last lifeline to Me, and in every case, you must learn to exercise grace. Being touched requires a certain amount of vulnerability in allowing others to draw close to you, but remember, miracles happen at a touch – not just for them, but for you, as well.  Luke 6:19, “And the people all tried to touch Him, because power was coming from Him and healing them all.”

11/20/2017 Daily Word

I AM God – alone! I alone redeem, justify, sanctify, and make all things beautiful in their time.  I alone bring life to what is dead, part seas, walk on water and calm it.  It matters not whether the storm is physical or wreaking havoc in your soul.  I alone ride the winds and rescue your life from destruction. I alone am light in which no darkness dwells.  I AM the way, the truth, the life. I ALONE.  So, in your all your seeking, seek Me alone.  I bring assurance to the doubter, answers to the questioner, love to the hateful, and acceptance to the outcast. Seek Me, for I alone am everything you need – the Creator, who fashions His creation to complete wholeness, leaving nothing undone.  Ps. 68:4,19-20, “Sing to God, sing in praise of His Name, extol Him who rides on the clouds; rejoice before Him, His Name is the LORD…Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens. Our God is a God who saves; from the Sovereign LORD comes escape from death.”
