Romans 5:8 tells us “While we were yet sinners Christ died for us.” Sin makes us all sinners, but what is sin? It is the violation of God’s person – not recognizing Him for who He is and isn’t, and we are ALL guilty of that. The good news is that Christ came to take care of this sinful condition in us. His was a gruesome death that paid the price and a His glorious resurrection made it possible for us to be reconciled to God, enabling us to enter into a personal relationship with Him. Yes, I said personal! God desires to be involved in your everyday life, and be acknowledged as God: Creator, Restorer, Healer, Provider, the Great I AM. This is not a decision that we can come to lightly, but must with a sincere heart confess our incredible need of a Savior. Without Him, we are destitute. We can accomplish so much by ourselves, but without His life at work in us, all we do is temporal at best. Jesus came that we might have life and that more abundantly. No – it doesn’t mean you’ll never have a bad day or worse, but it does hold within it His promise never to leave you or forsake you. It does mean that when you lack wisdom, you can ask of the One who is all wise, and it also means that you have the promise of eternal life with Him. You can choose to blame those who belong to a church and still do not recognize Him for who He is – that is ultimately between them and God – but when all is said and done, Jesus asks, “Who do you say that I am?” and we must all answer that individually. He is the Christ, Son of the Living God, and all He asks is that we recognize Him in our sinfulness so that we can be reconciled to Him. The words are easy, the ongoing life we live in Him is challenging. He didn’t come to make things easy; He came to make all things new so that we could live the life of an overcomer. Jesus said that those who would follow Him would deny themselves and take up their cross (Luke 9:23). What does that mean? We die to self and live for Him. He is infinitely more in every way than any of us could ever hope to become. He is God, and because of that, we choose to live in and for Him rather than ourselves. Galatians 2:20 states, “I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.” He has confessed His love for you. In John’s Gospel, 15:9-13, He states, “As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.” He not only spoke the word, He lived the word, and is the Word. Won’t you come to Jesus? He loves you so very much and cares what you’re going through. Acknowledge Him for who He is and allow Him to minister that love to you today!
Be discerning, My Child. The enemy diligently seeks out those who bear My image with the intent to destroy. He desires to cheapen My grace, make My holiness of no consequence, reject the power of My blood, and deny My divinity. This is the spirit of antichrist. Do not follow it, though it comes arrayed in jewels, for Herod spoke with his mouth that he desired to worship, but the intent of his heart was one of murder. My children, learn what it means to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. Be listening for My instruction, knowing that I AM greater than he who is in this world – indeed, I have already overcome the world. Stand firm, uncompromising in the Truth, refusing to grieve the Holy Spirit. Look to Me; know the signs of the times. My sheep know My voice and follow it. Matt. 2:7-8, “Then Herod secretly summoned the wise men and asked them the exact time the star appeared. He sent them to Bethlehem and said, ‘Go and search carefully for the child. When you find Him, report back to me so that I too can go and worship Him.’” I Jn. 4:2-6, “This is how you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit who confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God. But every spirit who does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist; you have heard that he is coming, and he is already in the world now. You are from God, little children, and you have conquered them, because the One who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. They are from the world. Therefore, what they say is from the world, and the world listens to them. We are from God. Anyone who knows God listens to us; anyone who is not from God does not listen to us. From this we know the Spirit of truth and the spirit of deception.” HCSB
My Child, why are you questioning the word I have spoken to you? Do not assume that the trials you are facing are judgment. Mary, Joseph, and many others accepted My Word and yet endured the criticism of man and the tactics of the enemy up to the manifestation of the promise and even after. There has always been a battle to see My promises manifested, for they are life and hold eternal purpose. That is why you must know My voice and cling to My Word, for I watch diligently over it to see it performed. I am not unaware, and even now am preparing a place for you to birth that which I have placed in you. Know that the pain and tears you’ve cried will not result in anything other than life. My Word will come forth in you, alive and powerful, accomplishing all I’ve sent it to do. Hold fast, your time is approaching! Is. 41:10, “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God, I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will hold on to you with My righteous right hand.” HCSB
My promises cannot be worked out in your life unless you first yield your situation to Me. Taking circumstances into your own hands will only ever produce a temporary, fleshly answer that leads to further bondage. When you relinquish all that you need to Me, invoking My promises and acquiescing to My will, I answer with eternal, spiritual benefits that will increase your faith and reveal to you even more of My character and nature. Your dissatisfaction is due to your attempt to live with a carnal mindset while claiming My spiritual promises. You must first be transformed and see things from My view, instead of only perceiving what is in the natural. You, My child, are meant to walk in the supernatural. I am not ignoring you; I am waiting for you to allow Me to be God in this situation. Will you yield? Matt. 6:30-34, “Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.” NKJV
You are stronger than you think, more prepared than you feel. Begin to step confidently into all of My purposes, led by My Spirit. A surrendered heart will never be disappointed. A yielded life is one of beautiful communion with Me, filled with My delighted favor and rejoicing over you. Come and exchange all that is of self for all that is of Me. Rest in the joy that is us – you and Me – supping together in the secret place. Be expectant, drawing on all that I have, and in doing so, release the miraculous. Jer. 15:16, “Your words were found, and I ate them. Your words became a delight to me and the joy of my heart, for I am called by Your name, LORD God of Hosts.”
Just as I am in the process of exposing hidden things of the enemy and sin within My Church, I am also in the process of unveiling those people that I have kept hidden with Me for My purposes. They are the hidden ones, lovers of truth, who through fire and trial have been proven by Me to accomplish My purposes within My Church. Change is coming. It is not political in nature but change that will set to right things that have been awry in My house. They have been commissioned for such a time as this and will speak with authority – to call back into order that which has been disordered and into alignment that which has been out of place.
They will not be politically correct, and fear will have no hold over them. They are readying My Bride for My return with a call to genuine repentance and unity within My Body so that it will be without spot or wrinkle. These have served among My people and been discipled into their callings, marked by accountability to their fellow ministers and Me. Though they have felt out of place up to this point, I am now releasing them, having put My Word in their mouths to speak forth truth. They are characterized by humility and are known by Me.
Be discerning in this, for many will arise claiming an identity that I have not given them. They will attempt to forge ministries out of false motivations, seeking the promotion of self over Me, tickling the ears of the people or beating them with rods of their own making. You will recognize them by their refusal to be held accountable. They are wanderers, wells without water, having a form of stability without foundation.
Is. 51:15-16, “But I AM the LORD your God, who divided the sea whose waves roared – the LORD of hosts is His name. And I have put My words in your mouth; I have covered you with the shadow of My hand, that I may plant the heavens, lay the foundations of the earth, and say to Zion, ‘You are My people.’”NKJV
My desire has always been that the nations be healed. This healing begins with you. As you walk in Me, exhibiting My love and My power, restoration and transformation can occur. Is this not the message of My Gospel that all can be restored to Me through My sacrifice and the power of My resurrection? Anything contrary to that of restoration – divisiveness, lies, gossip, disease – that bring death emotionally, physically, or spiritually is an abomination to Me and is not of My heart nor does it accomplish My purpose. Repent and flee such! For those who abide in Me have been planted as trees next to flowing, not stagnant, water, bearing the seeds of life – life everlasting that I might bring healing to you personally and to your community. It is vital that you be found in Me, allowing My Spirit to flow forth out of you and avoid that which would cause decay, that others may also be healed. I will complete that which I’ve begun in the nations, and I’ve already started this work in and with you. Rev. 22:1-3, “Then he showed me the river of living water, sparkling like crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb down the middle of the broad street of the city. On both sides of the river was the tree of life bearing twelve kinds of fruit, producing its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree are for healing the nations, and there will no longer be any curse.” Ps. 1:2-3, “His delight is in the Lord’s instruction, and he meditates on it day and night. He is like a tree planted beside streams of water that bears its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers.” John 7:38, “The one who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, will have streams of living water flow from deep within him. He said this about the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were going to receive, for the Spirit hand not yet been received, because Jesus had not yet been glorified.” I Peter 1:22-23, “By obedience to the truth, having purified yourselves for sincere love of the brothers, love one another earnestly from a pure heart, since you have been born again – not of perishable seed but of imperishable – through the living and enduring word of God.” HCSB
Do not be deceived, I will not be mocked. If I question those whom I love, even Job who was righteous before Me, will I not also demand an account of those who twist My Word for their own gain? They are those who have a form of godliness while denying its power. It is a false gospel that seeks to enslave and place in bondage those whom I would set free. It will not be exposed at the instigation of man but by Me. Be wise, be circumspect, for I will cause all to be brought to account before Me. Be one who seeks My face. While the false wraps itself with that which is of the flesh, preventing the transformative work of the Holy Spirit, My Church, characterized by revelation, holiness, and power, will be brought to the forefront, and My people will step forth in the power of My Spirit, bringing light to the darkness. 2 Tim. 3:1-5, “But know this: difficult times will come in the last days. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, irreconcilable, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, without love for what is good, traitors, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding to the form of religion but denying its power. Avoid these people!” HCSB
I am calling forth a people who will identify with Me in every way – those who will choose to deny themselves, taking up My redemptive work and follow Me. It is an invitation to an intimacy that transcends what they have known in the past for a passionate lifestyle lived in Me. These will be characterized by a spirit of praise, not heaviness, My strength permeating their weakness, and they, like Me, will set their faces like flint towards the assignments I have given them. Yes, My invitation is to accept an assignment to push back the darkness and move offensively against the gates of hell. These I am drawing together, each to their own position, as a unified army of heaven who will wield the weapons of their warfare with precision and accuracy, filled with the power of the Spirit, prophesying to the nations according to My heart. My words will be in their mouths, and My Name will be their battle cry. My Name is Victory! Those who will discipline themselves to come into the place of quiet communion with Me will emerge as conquering victors, standing not in their own power, but in that of the Great I AM! These are those who are hidden in Me, convinced of Me, victorious in Me, unable to be separated from Me, for they are My Children, called by My Name – Victory!!! Rom. 8:35-39, “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written: ‘For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.’ Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” NKJV
There is a divine craving that is coming upon My people – that of walking righteously with holiness before Me. It is a yearning for all of Me. A desire to abandon all that is of the flesh for the sake of relationship. Did I not say that those who hunger and thirst for righteousness would be filled? To the extent that you are emptied before Me and remain in Me, I will fill you anew. Yes, I am pouring out My Spirit to fill the longing of your hearts. You must, however, count the cost of such neediness. Those who stay in Me will be persecuted as I was persecuted. My promise to you is that the kingdom of heaven will be yours, not just in the future, but now. As you are continually filled and poured out for Me, there will be a connection to heaven that you have never experienced before. It will be characterized by a oneness with Me that ministers in authority with signs and wonders. Yes, I will fill those hearts that crave and pant, willing to forsake self, choosing to live and move in Me. Matt. 5:6-10, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God. Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” NKJV
