12/14/2018 Love the LORD Your God

Did I not say that the greatest commandment, the one thing that mattered most, was to love Me, the LORD your God, with all your heart, soul, and mind? How is that possible with your emotions in turmoil, your soul downcast, and your mind focused on temporal, worn down with concern? It is not. My Child, I have promised you all things that pertain to life and godliness. Bring yourself into alignment. Choose Me above all else. I have promised to take all your cares and burdens, to give you rest in your circumstances, and to grant eternal revelation and perspective – now walk in it. Let Me heal the broken places of your heart, turn your mourning to dancing, and renew a right spirit in you, that you may love Me as I deserve – unconditionally and without anything of the flesh standing between us. As I agape you, you, too, agape Me. Matt. 22:37, “Jesus said to him, ‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.” NKJV

12/13/2018 The Ever-Present God

I am the Ever-Present God. I am with you in the fire and with you in the rain. I am in the desert and in the green valley. Everywhere I have asked you to go, I have been with you, and I have been present even when you went where I did not send you. I cannot be anymore present than I already am.  I am not hiding from you – open your eyes and look for Me. If you seek Me, you will find Me. All of Me, present now and available to you. I am ready to speak, ready to act, ready to love on you. Ps. 139:7-10, “Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there Your hand shall lead me, and Your right hand shall hold me.” NKJV

12/12/2018 For the Sake of the Sheep and the Shepherds

I want My sheep fed, led, and protected, and yet I see many who are hungry, wandering, and exposed. Where are My shepherds, the ones appointed with staffs? Some have chosen to sit beside the still waters while the sheep are scattered and plucked off by the enemy and their fellow shepherds have been attacked. Others are in weary desolate lands who have diligently stood guard even though they themselves were surrounded. I will cause them to trade places. I Myself will lead My shepherds who have been in a desert place out with an outstretched arm, past the enemy who surrounded them. I will lead them and their sheep beside the still water and take back My sheep from those who have allowed them to be scattered, giving their staffs to the faithful who have been vigilant. I will do this for love of My sheep and My shepherds that all may be restored. Ez. 34:4-11, “Woe to the shepherds of Isra’el who feed themselves! Shouldn’t the shepherds feed the sheep? You cut the choice meat, you clothe yourselves with wool, and you slaughter the best of the herd; but you don’t feed the sheep! You don’t strengthen the weak, heal the sick, bandage the broken, bring back the outcasts or seek the lost; on the contrary, you tyrannize them with crushing force. So they were scattered…for here is what Adonai ELOHIM says: ‘I am taking over! I will look after them Myself.” CJB

12/11/2018 I Am Your Portion

Lift up your eyes, My Child. Don’t look down, but put your trust in Me. Should My Child be downcast? I am your Portion – more than enough, for you are My child and worshipper, and I am your Father God. You are in My care as your Protector and Provider. Don’t be dismayed or afraid, for you are in Me and I in you. I am the Rock in which you can hide; the refuge for your disappointed and wounded heart. Place your hope in Me and look up! Ps. 73:26, “My flesh and my heart fail; But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” NKJV

12/10/2018 Fear of Man

The enemy would like nothing more than to immobilize you and prevent you from stepping out into the victory that you have as My Child. He does this, in part, by causing you to fear man. The opinions and judgments of man can keep you from your purpose even more than a lack of ability. Your fear of man must be supplanted by your trust, love, and fear of Me. You can overcome this unnecessary burden that would devour you, and as you trust Me, I will put you in an inaccessibly high place where My love surrounds you and you cannot be touched by this fear. Prov. 29:25, “The fear of man brings a snare, but whoever trusts in the LORD shall be safe.” NKJV

12/7/2018 Be Aware

Be aware that whatever enters through your eyes and ears will either assist in bringing your flesh into alignment with My Spirit, or it will bring further conflict. My Child, it is not My desire that you increase the natural contention that already exists because of sin when it could be so easily prevented by walking in holiness. Abundant life is realized as you move with the Spirit. While the flesh may provide temporary happiness, it results in a fractured life at best. Exercise wisdom, for both yourself and your children. They need to see examples of those who are walking in holiness that they may learn to do the same. Ps. 119:37-38, “Turn away my eyes from looking at worthless things, and revive me in Your way. Establish Your word to Your servant, who is devoted to fearing You.” NKJV

12/6/2018 Eternal Father

I AM the Eternal Father, forever able to step into your lives and orchestrate a beautiful melody. Do not despair, for I AM God with you. Just as I have chosen you, choose Me. As I have come, let Me not be the superficial guest at the dinner table, but welcome Me as part of the family. Invite Me in as part of the discussion of your life as your wise, heavenly Father who has much to impart and teach you to walk out. It is not My will that My children be estranged from Me, but that we walk boldly into each other’s abode, welcome at all times. You are welcome at all times, My Child.  I Cor. 8:6, “Yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live.” NKJV

12/5/2018 Spiritual Cleansing

It’s time for a spiritual cleansing. Take inventory of your life and your ministry – everything you do in My Name – and determine if it reflects truly My character and nature. If it does not, get rid of it. Otherwise, it will be burned up. Are your works self-aggrandizing or do they bring glory to Me? Does your life point the way to the cross and redemption, or does it reflect a “Please, give-me God,” attitude focused on your own prosperity and well-being rather than that of the Kingdom? Is there a balance between love and grace with holiness and justice that is reflected through you? All done in the Spirit will remain, all done in the flesh will blow away. Begin sifting through the stuff of your lives, My Children. The time is close at hand. I Cor. 3:12-15, “Now if anyone builds upon this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, each one’s work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one’s work, of what sort it is. If anyone’s work which he has built on it endures, he will receive a reward. If anyone’s work is burned, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.” NKJV

12/4/2018 Check Your Foundation

Some are frustrated that what they are attempting to build spiritually is not bringing forth the expected fruit. Go back to the foundation, for even the smallest of cracks can create problems in a house. Do not presume to build based on your own identity and strength, or even upon your own vision. I am to be the foundation, and any other will cause issues that will eventually fell what you have attempted on your own. It takes time to pull down what has been with the best of intentions built, but it is better to pull down and relay the foundation than to continue to build only to see it destroyed at the first signs of spiritual battle. Don’t concern yourself with the expectations of others. If you will choose to relay the foundation, I will build alongside you, showing you how to be a master builder, teaching you to build that which will last for generations. I Cor. 3:10-11, “According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise builder I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it. For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” NKJV

12/3/2018 Think Before You Speak

I am the God who keeps His promises, who remains true to His Word. What I have spoken I will perform. You, too, need to be a person of your word. Therefore, carefully consider all to which you commit yourself, both to Me and to others. Be slow to speak, quick to listen, and thoughtfully ponder whether you should involve yourself in what is being asked of you. Only I can do everything at once, and I am not impulsive. Let your “Yes,” be yes, and your “No,” be no. Learn to listen to the gentle warnings of My Spirit, and think before you speak, using wisdom in all things. Eccl. 5:5-6a, “Better not to vow, than to vow and not pay. Do not let your mouth cause your flesh to sin.”
