Let an attitude of generosity and gratitude permeate your daily lives.  Generosity breeds gratitude and both bring Me glory. Freely give of your substance, and I will give to you of Mine.  Be thankful in all things, for this is My will, that you understand the power of a thankful heart. 2 Cor. 9:9-11, “As it is written: ‘They have freely scattered their gifts to the poor; their righteousness endures forever.’ Now He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food, will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.  You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.”

As you devote yourself to My purposes, inclining your ear to hear, lifting your eyes to see, setting your heart upon Me, serving Me with integrity, the works of your hands will be blessed.  I will give to you good sense to fulfill everything I ask of you, and you will not fail.  Do not be alarmed by the apparent set-backs, for in due season you will complete what I have commissioned you to do for My Kingdom and for My glory.  Seek to understand the full jurisdiction I have granted to you, being careful not to overstep or create more work for yourself because of your own vision.  Instead, understand My vision and the good works I have prepared for you, which are plenty to keep you occupied.  For I have called you to bear fruit, and it will grow and mature where I have determined for you to be planted.  I Chron. 28:19-20 a, “All this,” David said, “I have in writing as a result of the Lord’s hand on me, and He enabled me to understand all the details of the plan.” David also said to Solomon his son, “Be strong and courageous, and do the work.  Do not be afraid or discouraged for the Lord God, my God, is with you.”

Reaching out in compassion on your time is one thing, but being tugged in the time and at the need of others is quite another.  How you react to those that would grasp at you in desperation can determine how and if they will reach for Me.  There are those who will want to touch the scars of your life, no matter how painful, to prove I am able and I am alive.  Others will touch you to get a need met and never express gratitude.  Still others will touch you in desperation, grasping hold because you are their last lifeline to Me, and in every case, you must learn to exercise grace. Being touched requires a certain amount of vulnerability in allowing others to draw close to you, but remember, miracles happen at a touch – not just for them, but for you, as well.  Luke 6:19, “And the people all tried to touch Him, because power was coming from Him and healing them all.”

11/20/2017 Daily Word

I AM God – alone! I alone redeem, justify, sanctify, and make all things beautiful in their time.  I alone bring life to what is dead, part seas, walk on water and calm it.  It matters not whether the storm is physical or wreaking havoc in your soul.  I alone ride the winds and rescue your life from destruction. I alone am light in which no darkness dwells.  I AM the way, the truth, the life. I ALONE.  So, in your all your seeking, seek Me alone.  I bring assurance to the doubter, answers to the questioner, love to the hateful, and acceptance to the outcast. Seek Me, for I alone am everything you need – the Creator, who fashions His creation to complete wholeness, leaving nothing undone.  Ps. 68:4,19-20, “Sing to God, sing in praise of His Name, extol Him who rides on the clouds; rejoice before Him, His Name is the LORD…Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens. Our God is a God who saves; from the Sovereign LORD comes escape from death.”

Worship is a lifestyle of bending before Me.  Bending your ear to hear My voice, your will to submit to Mine, and your heart to receive what I am imparting.  A worshipper is one who positions themselves in humility before Me, shunning idolatry, and from a position of worshipping at My feet is gathered into My arms to sit in My lap and hear My heart. If you would speak My heart into the lives of people, learn to bend yourself in worship as a living sacrifice unto Me.  Rom. 12:1, “Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God – this is your true and proper worship.”

11/16/2017 Daily Word

There is a joy in living that is found only in Me.  In a world full of chaos and confusion, you can take joy in your daily life despite the difficult situations that you may encounter.  Joy can be found in the smile of another, the laughter of your child, the beauty of a sunset.  Joy is not the absence of trials or even of sorrow, but a conscious decision to rejoice in the blessings I’ve bestowed in the moment, even when all around seems falling apart. It can thrive in trials and tribulation and cause your desert place to bloom.  Choose to walk in My joy and you will find it is a refuge and stronghold for you; a place where you can comfortably rest.  Ps. 5:11, “But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy.  Spread your protection over them, that those who love Your Name may rejoice in You.”

The reality of who I AM is greater than the shadow of who you understand Me to be gazing from behind your veil.  As you spend more time in My presence, I will lift the veil from before your eyes so that you will see Me as I am and come into a greater understanding of My love for you and the world. I desire that you know the many aspects of My character and be intimately acquainted with Me, as I am with you. This is your glory as My Bride – to know Me and reflect the glow of My light in this dark world, so they, too, might see and find their way back to Me.  I Cor. 13:12-13, “For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.  And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love.  And the greatest of these is love.”

11/14/2017 Daily Word

From the beginning, I loved you.  From the beginning, I planned for you.  From the beginning, I arranged things for your good.  Would I, who did all this from the beginning, then abandon you at the end?  My promises are sure; My ways are just.  All I have done has been to draw you and others unto Myself that I might have the pleasure of relationship with you and bask in purity of worship that comes from a heart in sync with My own.  Rest in the knowledge that I, God of the Universe, am not about to change My mind regarding you.  I am committed to seeing you through – from beginning to eternity. Num. 23:19, “God is not human, that He should lie, not a human being, that He should change His mind. Does He speak and then not act? Does He promise and not fulfill?”

11/13/2017 Daily Word

It is My triumph that causes My glory to be manifest through you.  You are Mine, and I have put you on display for the world to see and to read. Let My life be exhibited in you, and My love be the banner that you parade.  I am calling people, one by one, to Me. and My Spirit is drawing them.  As they are drawn to My light shining forth from you and the activity of My Spirit in you, they will see your good works and glorify the Father.  A side note: one does not wear a scowl in a triumphant procession.  Let joy mark your countenance and be your strength.  Even when you do not see where we are going, I am always leading you to a place a victory!  2 Cor. 2:14-16b, “But thanks be to God, who in Christ constantly leads us in a triumphal procession and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of what it means to know Him!  For to God we are the aroma of Christ, both among those being saved and among those being lost; to the latter, we are the smell of death leading only to more death; but to the former, we are the sweet smell of life leading to more life.”

11/10/2017 Daily Word

You are concerning yourself with events that have not yet happened.  Didn’t I tell you not to do that?  Your future is in My hands.  You are not able to change anything by worrying, and to do so is to exhibit a lack of trust in Me.  Either you trust Me with your tomorrow enough to enjoy your present, or you are skeptical of My intentions and love toward you to the extent that you feel you must bear your tomorrow on your own shoulders, not appreciating what I’ve provided today.  My Child, let Me take care of tomorrow’s cares and concerns.  Let Me prove Myself strong on your behalf.  Trust Me, knowing that I will continue to do in your future what I have done in your past and do even now in your present.  Time cannot change any of My loving thoughts towards you. Matt. 6:27, “Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?”
