Purge those things in your life that are not of Me.  Purging is a conscious, deliberate act to eliminate those things that are toxic to your being and hinder your spiritual progress – unbelief, rebellion, malice, slander, unproductive habits, attitudes, and ways of thinking.  It must be your choice to expel the flesh in your daily living so that My Kingdom can be established in you.  My Spirit is your helper, not your enforcer.  He will convict, support, and enable, but you must make the effort.  As you rid yourself of what is fleshly, replace it with what is spiritually sound and encouraging to your spirit being – faith, trust, love, peace, long-suffering.  As the seeds of the Spirit take root, they will grow into noticeable fruit that mark you as Mine and empower you to endure.  You will also discover that those promises which once seemed elusive are suddenly manifested because you’ve taken careful inventory of your life and chosen to crucify the flesh.  Those that lay down their life, will find it.  Matt. 16:23-25, “Get behind Me, Satan!  You are an obstacle in My path, because your thinking is from a human perspective, and not from God’s perspective…If anyone wants to come after Me, let him say ‘No’ to himself, take up his cross, and keep following Me.  For whoever wants to save his own life will destroy it, but whoever destroys his life for My sake will find it.”

1/2/2017 Daily Word

Be persistent as you pursue the establishment of My Kingdom in your life, home, and community.  There are many plans and purposes that I have for you that can only be worked out in the context of Kingdom living, and there are many things that are mere distractions that seek to prevent you from residing in a place of peace.  One way in which you can ascertain the establishment of My Kingdom is whether your life is characterized by righteousness, peace, and joy in My Spirit.  These three are fundamental, and will be the first of what the enemy attempts to steal from you in an effort to prevent you from being a Kingdom person.  Be resolute, remembering that all things are added to those who seek first the Kingdom. Matt. 6:33, “But seek first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

12/30/2016 Daily Word

Your physical man was meant to reproduce.  As a single cell, you divided and multiplied over and over again.  Likewise, your spirit man was meant to reproduce.  In this coming season, as you become One with Me, seek to see the fruit developed in you multiply exponentially in your life, your home, your church, your community, so that others, too, will seek Me.  Full maturity comes through the process of reproduction.  Your spiritual life began as a seed, but just as in the physical, the spiritual must grow to prevent aborted purposes in My plan for your life, and just as I formed you physically, I am forming you spiritually for the destiny I designed for you before the foundations of the earth.  Jer. 1:5, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you; before you were born, I separated you for Myself.”  Eph. 4:13-16a, “We will arrive at the unity implied by trusting and knowing the Son of God, at full manhood, at the standard of maturity set by the Messiah’s perfection.  We will no longer be infants tossed about by the waves and blown along by every wind of teaching, at the mercy of people clever in devising ways to deceive.  Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in every respect grow up into Him who is the head, the Messiah.  Under His control.”

12/29/2016 Daily Word

Walk into this new season with hope.  As you do, you will discover that peace and joy are your portion, and that faith will arise within you.  Faith is exercised in hope.  Without it, faith ceases to exist.  Do not allow the enemy to wreak havoc with your emotions, stealing the gifts I gave you.  Rather walk confidently in My love for you, and let My love inspire and ignite hope that enables you to fly above earthly circumstances on wings of faith.  Rom. 15:13, “May God, the source of hope, fill you completely with joy and shalom as you continue trusting, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may overflow with hope.”

12/28/2016 Daily Word

There is a fullness to be experienced and lived out in Me.  Seek to be filled, but more so to be full. This is My desire not just for you, but for My church.  Just as there is a fullness in times and cycles, so there is a fullness to be realized in each season.  In the fullness of time I came, full of grace and truth.  Love is the fullness of law, grace is the fullness of My Spirit, truth the plumb line by which they are measured – and all defined in Me.  Let your lives, My Church, be characterized by the same – grace, truth, and love, expressing My fullness to the world.  John 1:14, “The Word became a human being and lived with us, and we saw His Shekinah, the Shekinah of the Father’s only Son, full of grace and truth.”  Eph. 1:22-23, “Also, He has put all things under His feet and made Him head over everything for the church, which is His body, the full expression of Him who fills all creation.”

12/27/2016 Daily Word

Quickly!  That is how the answers will manifest themselves to your requests.  No longer will it seem as though iron doors and bronze gates stand in the way of answered prayer, but you will ask a thing and it will be done speedily.  You are entering a new season of an open heaven over your life.  Try Me in this, and see if it is not so.  There will be such an outpouring of My Spirit that when you ask in My Name it will be done for you by My Father.  Do not interpret this season as one without trials.  Trials will come and with great ferocity, but as quickly as they come, the answer will manifest itself and you will see great victories because you have entered this new season, says the Lord.  John 16:23-27, “When that day comes, you won’t ask anything of Me!  Yes, indeed!  I tell you that whatever you ask from the Father, He will give you in My Name.  Till now you haven’t asked for anything in My Name.  Keep asking, and you will receive, so that your joy may be complete.  I have said these things to you with the help of illustrations; however, a time is coming when I will no longer speak indirectly but will talk about the Father in plain language.  When that day comes, you will ask in My Name.  I am not telling you that I will pray to the Father on your behalf, for the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me and have believed that I came from God.”

12/26/2016 Daily Word

I know you’re battle-weary.  I’ve seen both the seeming victories and defeats, and I see your face turned toward Me in supplication.  Know that I have heard the longing of your spirit and I am even now releasing ministering angels to bring relief to you in your time of need.  It seems to you as though I have been a long way off, but I have been and will remain ever at your side.  Did I not promise to never leave or forsake you?  Lift up your eyes and remember from whence comes your help.  Your help comes from Me – Maker of heaven and earth.  The God who is, and will ever be, everything for you, and I am the One who even now is hiding you under the shadow of My wings.  Do not fear, you are safe.    Isaiah 46:3b-5, “I have borne you from birth, carried you since the womb.  Till your old age I will be the same – I will carry you until your hair is white.  I have made you, and I will bear you; yes, I will carry and save you.  To whom will you liken and equate Me?  With whom will you compare Me, as if we were similar?”

12/23/2016 Daily Word

I am zealous to accomplish My Word in you.  It is My passion for you that caused My advent, My death, My resurrection, and your restoration.  It is also this love for you that causes Me to eagerly involve Myself in your life, being all that you need Me to be at all times.  Remember that I came for you, and let that knowledge motivate you, giving you rest and peace as you move into this next season of your life.  Is. 9:6-7, “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders.  And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.  Of the greatness of His government and peace there will be no end.  He will reign on David’s throne and over His kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever.  The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this.”

12/22/2016 Daily Word

Do not be discouraged because of the light My Spirit is shining on the dark places of your heart.  You are experiencing it because I have called you to enter the Way of Holiness.  I have summoned you to this path as preparation for the destiny I have for you, and though it is a difficult way and not for the faint of heart, you have been guided here for the refining process that will bring forth gold and silver from you, rather than hay and stubble.  Take courage, and do not fear.  Those that I love all enter this process, and it is for your ultimate good. Isaiah 35:8-10, “A highway will be there, a way, called the Way of Holiness.  The unclean will not pass over it, but it will be for those whom He guides – fools will not stray along it.  No lion or other beast of prey will be there, travelling on it.  They will not be found there, but the redeemed will go there.  Those ransomed by ADONAI will return and come with singing to Zion, on their heads will be everlasting joy.  They will acquire gladness and joy, while sorrow and sighing will flee.”

12/21/2016 Daily Word

You will reap what you sow, but not everything you want to reap is sown, cared for, and harvested in the same manner.  Ask Me how to go about planting and caring for that which you want to see in the coming year of your life.  I bring forth the harvest, but you are to sow, plant, water, care for it, and bring it in. The victory you have been praying for and has seemed just out of reach, will come as you learn the secret of the spiritual harvest.  Isaiah 28:23-29, “Listen and hear My voice; pay attention, and hear what I say:  Does a farmer sowing keep plowing forever?  Does he never stop breaking up and harrowing his land?  No – when he finishes leveling it, he scatters his dill-seed, sows his cumin, puts wheat in rows, barley where it belongs, and plants buckwheat around the edges; because his God has taught him this, has given him instruction.  Dill must not be threshed with a sledge or cartwheels driven over cumin; rather, dill one beats with a stick and cumin with a flail.  When crushing grain for bread, one doesn’t thresh it forever; one drives the horse and cart wheels over it but doesn’t crush it to powder.  This too comes from the Lord of Heaven’s Armies – His counsel is wonderful, His wisdom great.”
